Amirkabir Uni. to host FIRA 2016 competitions
Mohammadreza Razfar, director of AUTcup 2015, said during the opening ceremony of the fifth international competition of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, that under the agreement signed between the International Federation of Robotics and Amirkabir University of Technology (AUT) in November 2014, the AUT will be hosting the international competitions of robotics and the scientific congress of this federation for 2016; “for this purpose, we are hosting the first open Firacup in Iran today in order to prepare the robotic teams for participation in the upcoming world championships,” he said. The first AUTcup was held in 2009 with seven student leagues.
