Blackberry has struggled to compete against its main rivals, Apple and Google’s Android. Its market share has plunged since 2011. Now, Apple is struggling with phone business. It has failed to produce an effective iOS. There are speculations that Apple might go the same way as Blackberry. Earlier this month, the revenue was predicted by Apple itself to fall between $50bn and $53bn – it came in on the low end of that range, with a final tally of $50.6bn, a 13% drop.
