Apple mysteriously acquires Hyderabadi startup Tuplejump

Apple acquires Hyderabai startup Tuplejump in June 2016. This acquisition was not shared with media. The news came out only on 22nd September. “Apple buys smaller technology companies from time to time, and we generally do not discuss our purpose or plans,” a spokesperson said to TechCrunch. No statement was released in terms of advantage to Apple after acquiring this machine learning startup. The value at which the startup was acquired is undisclosed. Rohit Rai, founder of Tuplejump updated his LinkedIn current workplace as Apple. His present designation from CEO went to software engineer since May 2016.
