Baidu Inc (ADR) (BIDU) Releases New Artificial Intelligence Benchmark Tool, DeepBench

Baidu Inc. (ADR) (NASDAQ:BIDU) recently launched its new Artificial Intelligence Benchmark tool, known as DeepBench. This would be used largely to evaluate the performance of deep learning operations and systems across various hardware platforms. DeepBench tool was announced by two representatives, Sharan Narang and Greg Diamos, from its Al Lab used for its research projects, located in the Silicon Valley. The new product was launched as a part of O’Reilly Al conference. Moreover, Greg Diamos declared the importance of measuring performance of such operations in order to improve it. In the conference, he stated: “Deep learning developers and researchers want to train neural networks as fast as possible.
