Once customers have tried IntelligentX’s beers, they log on to the Facebook Messenger app and start giving their verdict on it. However, instead of speaking to a human brewer, they are actually communicating with an artificial intelligence (AI) system called ABI. “It’s a real partnership between man and machine,” said Hew Leith, co-founder of IntelligentX. “We are not taking the brewer out of the equation here.
