Cannes Lions unveils first artificial intelligence networking app

Delegates at the event were able to digitally network via the world’s first AI-powered app of its kind, delivered in partnership with PHD and powered by Grip.  Tim Groot, co-founder of Grip, said: “It was exciting to see the app being used so effectively at an event of the Cannes Lions Festival’s magnitude and scope. Our smart app worked effectively with the vision of the festival’s team, ensuring the use of social and behavioural data resulted in clever professional matchmaking.” More than 9,000 attendees from more than 4,000 companies and 93 countries used the app across the festival’s duration.
