Centra’s Neurosciences Institute on hold

Centra has delayed plans for a $13.7 million standalone Neurosciences Institute, which was proposed to be completed by 2017. “Neurology remains important to us, but we’ve learned through other plans that a free-standing facility might not be the best option for our patients,” Centra spokesperson Diane Ludwig said. “We really have to consider very carefully what the facility needs to be close to or if it should be part of another facility.
