The artificial intelligence (A.I.) race is on, as the major tech companies offer to help save consumers valuable time with a new wave of virtual assistants and bots. On a weekly basis, I receive multiple sales emails from chatbot companies trying to sell me bots for marketing and customer service. Allegedly, more than 285,000 chatbots have been created by various bot studios around the globe.
