Deep learning example v2.0 – AUC 0.64
This version of the code builds a model for each electrode (v1.0 used electrode 0). Predictions from all 16 electrodes are averaged to generate predictions for a subject. This is good for a top-20 rank as of writing. Takes about 4 hours on a Maxwell GPU. You can turn off validation to make it run faster.
