They say the best way to overcome your fears is to face them head-on, and in the case of Elon Musk and his uncertainty surrounding artificial intelligence, he’s just done exactly that. In what might later be considered a watershed moment for artificial intelligence, Musk (and a few of his pals) announced a $1 billion donation to the AI research group OpenAI this week.
