Changes are coming to Facebook Messenger, which will allow businesses to chat to customers using artificial intelligence (AI). Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg has shared the company’s “10-year roadmap”, which begins with introducing artificial intelligence to allow users to chat to businesses the way they do with friends, and ends with virtual reality in reading glasses.
