According to the Wall Street Journal report, which cites “people familiar with the matter”, Google’s new service will likely to integrate chatbots, software programs that answer questions inside a messaging app – similar to Facebook’s M service. According to a WSJ’s report, the Alphabet Inc company Google is building a new messaging service that will be enabled with Artificial Intelligence. Chatbot is new technology that allows the messaging app to answer questions you ask. That doesn’t mean that Google is about to give up on the space, though. Do you see a use in chatbots?
