Jabil and Microsoft Collaborate on Predictive Analytics Solution
Electronic product solutions company Jabil announced a new collaboration with Microsoft today at the Hannover Messe industrial fair in Germany. Jabil is using Microsoft Azure Machine Learning as the base for its predictive analytics solution, which aims to assist companies in improving productivity and saving time and money by foreseeing potential failures before they occur. Jabil is a provider of manufacturing, design engineering, and supply chain solutions for a wide range of industries, such as automotive, industrial, and telecommunications. By using Microsoft Azure, Jabil’s predictive analytics platform is able to handle vast amounts of data from machines running operations at various steps in the manufacturing process and predict failures earlier in the process.
