Machine learning makes DevOps professionals more productive
Doing incident management can be difficult, what with the hundreds (or thousands) of notifications going out to IT professionals in an enterprise every day. The solution to solving the problem of alert overload is machine learning algorithms, according to Steve Burton, vice president of product marketing at Moogsoft. In an interview with FierceDevOps, Burton noted there’s a point for every IT professional in which they simply can’t analyze and understand all of the events they’re being notified about.
