Manulife Joins Forces With indico data solutions on Deep Learning technology (TSE:MFC)
Manulife’s (MFC.TO, MFC) Lab of Forward Thinking (LOFT) said Friday it is collaborating with indico data solutions, a Boston-based company that specializes in Deep Learning. According to a statement, this collaboration is part of a strategic effort to “leverage best-in-class products and accelerate business adoption of innovative technologies such as Artifical Intelligence (AI), blockchain and virtual reality.” Meanwhile, Marianne Harrison, president and CEO of Manulife Canada, spoke on Bloomberg TV about how to position for the changing health-care landscape in Canada, such as medical marijuana.
