Neuroscience 2016: Important Changes to Themes and Topics

SfN looks forward to welcoming you to Neuroscience 2016 in San Diego, As you prepare for the annual meeting and submit abstracts, please remember there is a new Themes and Topics structure.  The annual meeting remains an unmatched venue for sharing your science, and the Program Committee continues to work to facilitate and enhance interactions between scientists in related areas.  Following extensive discussion, the Program Committee elected to undertake the most significant reorganization of meeting themes and topics in recent history. One important goal was to ensure disease-related presentations are woven throughout the fabric of the meeting. For example, scientists who study basic developmental neurobiology and neurodevelopmental disorders will have their abstracts under the same theme: Development.
