Neuroscience Group hosts ‘brain fitness’

American Drive. Ageless Grace is a seated exercise program that uses 21 simple tools to stimulate and utilize the five areas of the brain: strategic planning, memory/recall, analytical thinking, creativity and imagination, and kinesthetic learning. Classes are preventative for adults, and restorative for those with mild cognitive decline, Parkinson’s disease, MS and stroke survivors. Cost is $3 per class or a 10-class punch card can be purchased for $30. Classes are held in the Community Classroom, and are led by Certified Ageless Grace educator, Stacy Ann Parish.
