Indore : Want to become a data scientist? Take admission in the MTech programme offered by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV). School of Data Science and Forecasting of DAVV has launched the programme with specialisation in data science. “Owing to the huge success of e-commerce companies, there has been a long pending demand by students to start a course in data science so we have met their demand by starting the MTech course,” said Prof VB Gupta, head of the school. Since online shopping became a craze, companies like Amazon, Flipkart, e-Bay and Myntra started hiring data scientists to generate recommendations through customer surfing and searching patterns.
