JOB DESCRIPTION: A post-doctoral position is available immediately to study the effects of alcohol on CNS proteins. The post doctoral fellow will review the progress of and evaluates results of experiments or projects under control or supervisory responsibility. The candidate may be responsible for highly technical and complex research equipment.
APPLICANTS WITH THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY:
- Knowledge of different brain regions and experience in neuroscience techniques, neuronal cell culture, preferred.
- Experience in cell biology with interest in CNS proteins, preferred.
- Ph.D. in neuroscience/cell biology/physiology required.
- The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and possess good writing skills.
