Postdoctoral position in “Cognitive neuroscience and perception”
A postdoctoral position will be available starting from December 2016 at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia – Center for Neuroscience and Cognitive Systems (CNCS, Rovereto, Italy) to work with Dr. Lorella Battelli. The project will explore links between motion, attention and time in humans. Visual psychophysics, TMS and tDCS coupled with fMRI will be used as techniques to study the direct relationship between brain functions and behavior. The ideal candidate should have experience in fMRI and neuroimaging methods, training in vision research and programming abilities. The successful candidate will conduct research both in Italy and at the IIT Center at Harvard, in Boston. We seek highly motivated candidates with a PhD in psychology, neuropsychology, cognitive neuroscience or related fields.
