The effects of hormones on brain, memory, and cognition Department of Psychology, University of Toronto A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Gillian Einstein in the Psychology Department at the University of Toronto. The Einstein lab studies the effects of hormones on brain, memory, and cognition. We wish to understand the role of hormones in healthy brain aging, Alzheimer’s disease, and gender. The lab has many projects ongoing including those related to Public Health as Dr. Einstein is also appointed at the School of Public Health. The focus of this postdoctoral position is to carry out neuropsychological testing and brain imaging in young women who no longer make 17-beta-estradiol, the principal ovarian estrogen.
