Renowned Alzheimer’s researcher speaks at The Benjamin School

Mandelkow’s talk was the final one of the year in the Science Meets Music series. It resumes in January. The works of Handel and Bach accompanied a talk by a renowned Alzheimer’s researcher who spoke at The Benjamin School Tuesday about the potential to one day prevent the pervasive disease. About 200 people gathered at the performing arts center at the school’s Upper Campus to hear Eva Mandelkow talk about new insights into what causes Alzheimer’s disease and how that can affect prevention and therapy.
