This is an opportunity for a Research Fellow to undertake research in search and screening of systematic reviews, using a combination of text mining and machine learning methods. You will conduct research in information extraction, topic modelling using neural networks, document / phrase co-embeddings, paragraph vectors, active learning to improve screening and extracting named entities for clinical interventions. You will also conduct research in the integration of text mining results with similarity information and combinatorial data analysis methods, multi-view learning, descriptive clustering and dimensionality reduction for search and screening.
