Seattle startup launches artificial intelligence system for real estate developers

PUGET SOUND—A Seattle startup on Wednesday rolled out a new product that can reduce the time it takes real estate developers to find just the right property to basically the blink of an eye.The product, CityBldr, uses artificial intelligence to not only find individual underused properties but potential land assemblages. “Our software does in one second what it takes seasoned teams of land acquisition specialists anywhere from days, weeks and months to do,” said Bryan Copley, CEO of the startup, Everyhome, which makes the CityBldr system.
