Senior Manager of Data Science
Position Overview The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager of Data Science is to maximize the use and benefit from the data warehouse, predictive modelling, campaign management, rules engine and Business Intelligence tools across the properties. The data warehouse is to be the repository for relevant information of customers across segments (eg casino, FIT, group attendee, group organizer) needed for analytics and campaigns. The predictive models are to optimize the reinvestment and campaign strategy, and are to be customized for the specific market and competitive situation. Campaigns are to be managed by customer segment, by test/control offers, and by channel from offer design thru deployment and response thru post-analysis.
