Picture: Supplied Hard work has paid off for the nine St Helens District High School students who competed in the Australian Brain Bee Challenge state final in Hobart last month. Having studied neuroscience throughout the year with medical scientist and school laboratory manager Linda Brown, the school found success in both major competitions, with Lily Haley, Gemma McArthur and Lauren O’Sullivan recording a trifecta in the individual competition before teaming up with Hannah LeFevre to clinch the teams event.
