University of Colorado – School of MedicineAssistant ProfessorThe Department of Physiology and Biophysics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is seeking a systems neuroscientist or systems physiologist to fill an open tenure-eligible junior faculty position. The applicant’s research program should address fundamental physiological and/or neuroscientific questions, and complement and extend the Department’s existing research strengths (www.medschool.ucdenver.edu/physiology). We especially encourage applicants using state-of-the-art optical approaches and advanced light microscopy in in vivo models. We expect appointees to conduct vigorous independent research and to participate in professional and graduate teaching and training.
