Taco Bell upgrading ordering process via artificial intelligence

April 12, 2016 Taco Bell has introduced TacoBot, an ordering tool integrated with communications platform Slack, according to a company press release. With TacoBot, Slack users can order select menu items from their local Taco Bell restaurant without leaving the messaging platform.
