The beer takes reviews from consumers, which is fed back to the AI and used in the brewing algorithm. The co-founders behind the technology say AI is the perfect way to respond to the fast-evolving craft beer revolution as it can respond to user feedback with speed. Brewers’ intuition – into an algorithm IntelligentX has launched limited edition ‘pirate black’ bottles of beer, and consumers are invited to use an online feedback system to review the drink.
