A selection of more memorable images MIT/Memnet If people are constantly forgetting that they’ve already met you, we’ve got some bad news — your face may just be ‘unmemorable’. Now you have the chance to be deemed unmemorable by a computer, too, as researchers at MIT have developed an algorithm that imitates this process in an artificial network.  Memnet is a deep learning algorithm that predicts almost as well as a human brain how memorable your photos — including selfies — are. First, a base level of ‘memorability’ was established by asking 5,000 participants to rate images by how familiar they seemed.
