UBS Wants to Know What You’re Really Thinking

The Swiss wealth-management firm is running multiple pilot programs to determine what it can achieve with a little artificial intelligence applied to reading faces, according to the magazine. Mark Haefele, UBS’s chief investment officer, tells Fortune that analyzing slight facial movements can help the firm reveal biases and true intentions. One such tool examines clients’ reactions to a financial planning video, according to the magazine.
