US-based analytics company Think Big to expand base in India

Ron Bodkin, president, Think Big Looks at customer behaviour, lifetime value, and customer journey across multiple channels Think Big, a start-up that was acquired in 2014 by the $2.7-billion firm Teradata, plans to expand its staff strength in India. Ron Bodkin, the company’s president and Co-Founder, shared with BusinessLine the trends on customer demand, privacy laws and data scientists.
