Vivian Budnik named AAAS neuroscience member-at-large

    Vivian Budnik, PhD Vivian Budnik, PhD, the Worcester Foundation for Biomedical Research Chair and chair and professor of neurobiology, has been named a member-at-large for the neuroscience section of the American Association for the Advancement of Science for four annual terms beginning in February. The AAAS is an international non-profit organization dedicated to advancing science, engineering and innovation throughout the world for the benefit of all people. As a member-at-large, Dr. Budnik will actively assess the performance of the neuroscience section as a whole as well as its role in the association, with a view toward finding ways to involve the section’s members in useful, professional interaction.
