It’s a partnership between neuroscientist Justin Smith and entrepreneur Hugh Weber, who say their plan is to bring neuroscience out of the laboratory and into the boardroom. Smith, who has a doctorate in neuroscience from the University of South Dakota, focused his research on the role that anxiety plays during decision-making.
