Perhaps hours after announcing an all new, first-of-its-kind association with like minded tech titans — christened the ‘Partnership in AI’, Microsoft has now come up with more details on its progress on the AI front.The tech giant at its Ignite conference this week, showed various ways in which integrating AI into products ould benefit customers. The company’s new aim is to build an AI stack spanning infrastructure, services, apps and agents and reaching key customer audiences that include consumers, enterprises and developers. This goal, Microsoft believes cannot be achieved by scientists working in isolated labs.Keeping that in check, the tech giant has today announced a new group that will help accelerate this evolution. The group includes Microsoft Research, the company’s Information Platform Group, Bing and Cortana product groups and the Ambient Computing and Robotics teams.…
